How Do I Place An Order?
All purchases can be made through this website, or physically downtown Curwensville PA inside the Northwest Executive Building:

All visitors at the physical location must make an appointment either by phone or online prior to coming in. I can take "walk-ins" by calling 814-496-9166 as long as I have no clients in. I can take small groups as well but all patrons must be escorted to & from the suite as a group. There are no public restrooms.
I can accommodate different days and times via phone using the number above.

All Pennsylvania residents, and pick-up orders will be picked up at Wrens Gems suite in the building that is listed above.
Payment and Shipping
I currently accept Credit, Debit, and Gift cards (Visa/MasterCard).
Free shipping for all orders over $88.00 dollars, within the United States (Please contact me for international shipments if there's any concerns).
All my prices are out the door, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to submit use-tax to their home state. We currently do not ship anywhere in Pennsylvania, you will need to go to the physical location listed above.
Please allow 7-14 days to receive your package after purchase.
Normally it will be within 2-3 business days, but this is not always the case.
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been put in the post to let your track your gems!
If for some reason your order never arrives, please contact me at WrensRocks@gmail.com to resolve using the contact page. Another item of equal value you choose, will be shipped after resolving the insurance claim with the postal service.
Secure Ordering & Payment Options
I use Mac machines in order to ensure security when you purchase with me in person or online. I also use square services as well as wix services with https to ensure security. If for some reason you do not feel comfortable using banking information or credit card information, I always suggest purchasing a gift card specifically for online ordering.
Returns & Refunds
All returns must be made within the first 30-days after purchase in order to receive in-store credit upon inspection. The product must not be damaged by the purchaser in order to honor the return. No exceptions.
I will not use your personal information to spam your email or cell phone directly without your express authorization to do so. I will have many specials, online auctions through Facebook, and special events that may be of interest. However, if you do not wish to be notified of these, I will not do so.
